These contacts provide use with you email and inquiry and are not saved on any website database. We respond to all contact inquiries from our secure corporate email. We do not have comments enabled for visitors to use on the site. In doing so we do not allow WordPress or any other website provider to collect the data which publicly appears in comments sections. When a comment is left the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent apply a hash or string to help spam detection as to remove and block its source if requested by the website owner.
We do not allow public uploading to the website If you wish for us to upload contribution content such as a blog post from an entity images to the website, we ask that you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When purchasing attendance to events posted on our site payment options are limited to bank to bank Swift or BIC wire transfer information or PayPal both of which the transaction transfer to their secure networks and during the time you complete such information you are not connected to our website. The PayPal payment boxes are secure links that are provided and no information from the transaction is transferred to our website nor does our website have any access to your information.
